Hello my name is Larry and I am a real estate investor. I need someone who is willing to drive around Charlotte and it’s suburbs. This is a 5 day a week position. You will need a reliable vehicle, a cell phone with camera, a printer & know how to use Google Maps. Additional, the position calls for getting out of your car and knocking on the doors of the homes that match our criteria. If you have an aversion to knocking on stranger’s doors, then please stop reading. You will receive lists based on the zip codes we are targeting with homes that are vacant(according to the USPS). You will drive from one address to the next until completed & the homes have already been run thru the “Best Path Routing” so you don’t waste time. While going from one vacant home to the next you will come across a certain number of homes that are in distress, like have boarded up windows, abandoned cars in the front yard a blue tarp on the roof etc…. These are the two types of homes we are interested in. When you spot a distressed homes or when you arrive at the vacant ones you simply go knock on their front door, don’t worry about what to say, we will cover that thoroughly.
