Inspections are paid $15 per inspection. You will need an up to date phone because we use a specific app where you take photos in the app. You will need to have detailed eyes to identify any safety hazards or major damages to the home. The app has a form on it for you to take the correct photos per home. This can be a good 1-2 day route for someone to do! Inspections reoccur 2-3 times a month, depending on the weeks of the month but they are done every 2 weeks.
