House cleaning needed

Hi, my parents are getting up there in age and cleaning their home is becoming more difficult for them. I'd like to find someone reliable that will come in every two weeks. It would be the main floor and the master bedroom and master bathroom regularly. The first cleaning would be a deep clean of whole house. It is a four bed, three bath home. Cash job, every two weeks. First cleaning $200. Afterward would be $100 per cleaning. Occasionally would need to do a whole house cleaning if guests are arriving @ $200 again for that.
