Cleaning crews are needed for sweeping new construction house cleans. We have work in Austin, Round Rock, Manor, Elgin, Leander, Bertram, Buda/Kyle, Bastrop, Lockhart, and San Marcus. Job description-Sweeping out new construction houses during the building process. Sweeps include- sweep front and rear porches. Sweep interior of the house. Sweep garage. Stack all clean and in good shape wood in the garage along a wall. Set all broken pieces of wood outside of the house in the broken wood piles. Bag up trash and take to dumpster. If a hard worker, that can do a good job the first time, the pay is good. Being dependable is a must. This is independent contractor work, and pays by the job. We clean for production builders. They don't pay a lot per house, so the more houses one can do the more they can earn. We've been in business for 23 years and have lots of work. We clean approximately 200 houses per day.
