Pressure washing new construction home flatwork. We have work in Austin, Manor, Elgin, Bertram, Leander, Round Rock, Buda/Kyle, Bastrop, Lockhart, and San Marcus. Job description- Pressure Wash all flat work. Rear and Front porch. Garage. Driveway and sidewalks in front of the house's property lines. If a first pressure wash, then sheetrock mud and mortar drips will need to be scraped as well. If a hard worker, that can do a good job the first time, the pay is good. Being dependable is a must. This is independent contractor work and pays by the job. Must have own pressure washer. We clean for production builders. They don't pay a lot per house, so the more houses one can do the more they can earn. Experienced cleaners make great money. We've been in business for 23 years and have lots of work.
