Dog needs rehoming

Our puppy/dog needs to be rehomed. His name is Freddy and is about 7-8 months old. I do not have the time to train him and my kids are young and constantly leaving the door open and he just takes off. I can’t do it anymore. I can not chase him around the neighborhood and our neighbors have already called animal control on us. He’s a very nice dog and very sweet but like I said he is a RUNNER!!! He knows his name but still will not come when called after he gets out. He is a mix of American Eskimo and Jack Russell Terrier. He’s potty trained, and doesn’t need a crate. He had his first shots. Hasn’t gotten rabies shot though. I paid $250 for him and I’m asking for $150 rehoming fee.
