Caregiving & Companion Care Needed For My Father In Chino Hills I am seeking a warm, kind and experience caregiver for my father who is 77. Tasks include, but not limited to: Ensuring my father grooms, eats on schedule, takes his medications and supplements, exercises and engages in other activities by providing reminders. Take walks with him in the yard. Meal prep & light household duties. My father is a an educated, very sweet 77 y/o, who has recently developed short term memory loss and lack of motivation. He has significant pulmonary issues and recently requires supplemental oxygen for some physical activities. He has lost significant weight and needs structure and support to eat well, gain weight, be physically & mentally active. He speaks English. He is able to walk, slowly groom and bath himself, but needs some assistants, mainly reminders, engagement, monitoring and a supportive, kind companion.
