Searching for a spot to do a kitten adoption/foster center

Hello - Valley Isle Animal Rescue is in search of a spot where we can do kitten foster/adoption where we can make a home base for our volunteers to come in, clean, feed and socialize our foster kittens. Kittens are all up for adoption or flight fosters being sent to no-kill shelters. We need SPACE -- we have the supplies and the people to staff, but we are in need of a safe, cool location where our kitties can be cared for. Please let us know of any leads you may have! Must be a secure, indoor and cool space. Thank you!
