Founded by Faheem Mujahid in 2000, Breathe Life believes that through Breathe we connect with Life in a greater capacity. Through Breathe Life® events, you will learn how to tap into what connects all of us and through breath, we learn to discover ourselves. By showing up, you will learn the power of connection, and appreciation for the value of modern mindfulness and how it can benefit you in the chaos and noise of today's modern world.
