Grounded in the Garden is an opportunity for black girls to engage in sisterhood, learn ways to stay grounded, be active, and get outside. Each week girls will have the opportunity to explore what being grounded is to them and various ways to explore their emotions while enjoying and honoring nature. Grounded in the Garden is interactive and engaging.
