Great opportunity Looking to hire 2 reliable and experienced cleaners for 2 year round Airbnb vacation rentals. Each house has 6 bedrooms. Tasks include: Having a checklist to ensure tasks are completed Laundry service for bed linens and towels Strip and make beds Owner has multiple sheets and towels so cleaner will not have to wash linens on same turnovers Layout clean towels for guest Dusting including fans, cob webs in corners and light fixtures Disposing bedroom and bathroom trash in dumpster Checking under beds for renters items Cleaning fingerprints off glass door Vacuuming/sweeping Washing floors Informing owner that furniture/rugs need to be cleaned Cleaning bathrooms and replacing toilet paper and hand soap Cleaning counter and appliances Keeping inventory of supplies (trash bags, tp, pt, dishwasher soap, sponges, etc toiletries, batteries, lightbulbs, etc. so owner can replace Willing to go to store to purchase last minute items that need to be replaced Reporting any maintenance issues to owner (including pest and repairs) Checking for stolen and damaged items Patio area cleaning: table, sweeping including grill Checking pans utensil dishes cups are cleaned and put away in proper cabinet Checking and replacing lightbulbs Checking cable tv boxes are working Replacing batteries tv remote controls Picking up any trash around yard Sweep porch or entryway Cleaning might need to be done twice a week. Renters check in at 4pm and check out is 11am. Also, some instances of same day turnovers. Owner will provide calendar schedule Please email with questions. Thank you
