Calling all Manifesters! Happy 2023! Time to get your vision boards done! Vision boards are excellent tools that are helpful in helping you manifest whatever you want! This activity is appropriate for all levels. You need not be an expert to participate in this class. If you have already started yours, bring it with you! Benefits of Vision Boards: -Help identify and clarify your specific goals and visions. -Reinforce your daily affirmations. -Keep clear and focused attention on your goals an intentions. -Helps keep you motivated! -Allows us to look outside the limitations we may put on ourselves. -Helps us tap into a greater level of awareness. Working on your vision board in a group setting provides an extra element of support, and the chance to meet new people. What to Bring: your vision board, magazines, scissors, and glue. Uma will have magazines to share as well. Let's have fun creating our boards! This event will be taking place on the floor so if you have a bad back or health conditions, it is advisable to bring a small portable table and use one of the folding chairs at Lotus.
