About this Pop-up Restaurant Series After over two years of publishing blog posts, I wanted to host a series of pop-up dinners to allow both my readers and the public to taste my food. I have worked continuously on creating a cohesive, playful, and delicious modern-American tasting menu (view here) for these dinners.
