• Join The Vital Stretch guided stretch in Commons Park.
• This 30-minute class will focus on the major muscle and fascial chains of the body for an efficient, quick stretch.
• Class is complimentary, but we ask each participant RSVP
• Participants must B.Y.O.M. (Mat)
• In the event of inclement weather, class will be canceled.
• Inclement weather notifications will be sent via email to all those who RSVP’d by 9:30 a.m. on Saturdays
