The Soul Setting Sessions is a process for uncovering your Soul’s most pure desires and translating them into meaningful goals, actions, and practices that get you MORE fulfillment every day of your life.The goal of this course is to help you become the best version of yourself by setting goals that align with your Soul. The SSS will help you become crystal clear about the guiadance dcoming from the Soul and will hlep you stay connected from a mind, body, and spiritual perspective. This is a half-day workshop that is highly interactive. Here we will actually do the work of introspection and planning and you will wal away with clear next steps.
