I need some help I need someone that can be a self starter. I need someone that can problem solve for themselves and use coming sense. What I would really like is somebody that I could trust to just send out on their own jobs and you know give them a good chunk for a hard day's work.it's okay if you don't have all your tools I'll let you borrow whatever you need but you need to at first but transportation is a must at least just to meat me somewhere occasionally. This is a mobile business meaning we don't work the same place every day we don't do the same thing every day one day we might be doing tile the next day it might be painting the next day we might be doing flooring then might be hanging pictures. Just have a willingness to learn and interest in problem solving as well as restoration pay based on experience level
