DESCRIPTIONJoin the Safari as we explore different councils/committees; apply quality improvement to safety; review the organizational landscape; developing leadership presents; and highlight professional practice. LEARNING OBJECTIVES:Upon completion of the course, the participant will be able to: Articulate the purpose and function of Shared Governance.Explain the systematic review of the integration of quality and safety in Shared Governance. Identify personal leadership skills that will support council/committee membership. Apply Professional Practice Model to activities that support wellness.
