It's no secret that black men have a lot to deal with in their lives. We're underrepresented in education, the workforce, politics, and more—and that's not even counting the microaggressions we face daily.
But we're here to tell you: there's a way out. Black men and mindfulness are a winning combination. Find peace in taking a moment to process your thoughts.
Take time to reflect on what makes you happy and is stressing you out. Ask yourself if there's anything you can do to change those things—and then take action!
