Excavator work trade for ?

Hello, I have a mini excavator that I am looking to pick up some side work with. Able to clear land, dig utilities up to 9 feet deep, level ground, dig footings, install footing drains or gutter drains, dig ponds, or most anything else you may need. I am a land developer with 21 years experience with developing sub-divisions. I charge $75 an hour for my excavator and myself and also welcome trades of many types. If you have work you would like done and have something good to trade let me know or if you want to pay cash that works as well.
