Do you love seafood but don’t know how to prepare it? Then this is the perfect class for you! Learn how to cook fish by watching a culinary demonstration right on the bay. We will show you how to deliciously and easily prepare Fresh Off the Boat Seafood Company’s local catch of the day while you savor a glass of perfectly paired wine from Four Fools Winery. After the cooking demonstration, you will get to taste the chef’s creation for dinner while taking in all the gorgeous bay views. Age 21 & up. Ticket price includes cooking class, seafood dinner, and a glass of wine or a non-alcoholic beverage of your choice. Indoor event. Event will be between 2-2.5 hours long. Local seafood is seasonal and catch of the day depends on what the weather brings! Menu will be revealed closer to the event date. Reservation required. Admission ticket is good for one attendee reservation.
