In alignment with Compound's mission to support small businesses and Long Beach's diverse communities, we are excited to partner with The Ecology Center. They will be offering a selection of seasonal favorites including produce grown on the farm and some of their specialty pantry items. In addition to their Farmers Market, they will have a bouquet bar, where you can select from a variety of flower stems that were harvested straight from their fields. Build your own unique arrangement or get help from a knowledgeable florist to assemble one for you. They will also have a limited number of Peace Pizzas on-site around lunchtime made with sourdough crust, farm-made pesto, and other ingredients from the farm. Peace & Pizza… the perfect Saturday combo! Note: Reservations are optional but requested as they inform our partners on how much to prepare.
