We're kicking off our Grit N' Grind Boys Boxing Program. This demo is for boys ages 7-12 years old.
The workout will include hitting the boxing bag, shadow boxing, and exericse moves for upper body, lower body, and core.
The workout will be 30 minutes. After the workout, the trainers will talk to both the boys and parent(s) on the benefits of a boxing program and how it improves the strong mind and body.
