Napa District Attorney Allison Haley refuses to investigate/ prosecute law enforcement officer Alfonso Ortiz after methamphetamines, digital scales, and other misc contraband that was missing from evidence is found in his office. Allison Haley also has a non-profit which received a gift of 10k from seized assets from NSIB (where Alfonso Ortiz worked).
