Come workout with us at Hampton Park! Every Wednesday at 6pm and Saturday at 10am we will host a workout that will be a little something different each week; HIIT, strength & toning, agility, stretching, you name it.
These workouts are designed to make you feel your best but keep you sweating! If you love variety in your workout this is for you. Keep an eye out for some surprise guests who may be joining us some weeks too!
