I have six small bathrooms for remodeling projects in three condos First condo is in Sole bld 533 Ne 3 Ave Fort lauderdale the other two condos are in Marina Oaks 2445 Sw 18 terrace fort lauderdale next to the airport and I95 Id like to start my remodeling project first in Sole downtown fort lauderdale (this bathrooms are on the pict). Bathrooms are small (around 50 sq.ft) -removing old tiles from the walls and floor -puting new marable tiles 18x18 on the walls around the tub and on the floor in the same places plus the basebords -if necessery install showef head extention as well as tub faucet and install new faucet and shower head -put the groud -move out old vanity, take off marble top and backsplash,install new vanity and existing marble top move to the new vanity on top plus backsplash -making frame around the mirror to cover mirrors inperfections (wood quarter and paint white) -calking marble top between backsplash and marable top -instal new light above the mirror Please give me the price for labre and i will pay for materials.
