Condominium in Hollywood Beach is currently interviewing for professional janitor for common area cleaning and light maintenance (not inside individual units). Cleaning lobby, catwalks, elevator, stairwells, exterior parking garage, trash closets, dumpster rooms and 2 small restrooms. 50% cleaning and 50% light maintenance work. The building is small and doesn't require 6 hours for cleaning so small projects will be assigned by property manager. Must have at least 2 years prior experience in a similar role. The position requires basic communication in English and Spanish. Must possess experience in performing light maintenance work (change lights, painting etc) The ideal candidate must have previously handled a similar role at a condominium. The candidate will be expected to work on assignments but know when to contact outside contractors for major repairs. Work Hours 7:00am - 1:00pm - Monday through Friday.
