Yoga with Tru is offering a free summer series workshop with free yoga, meditation, and mindfulness. This series will include beginner friendly yoga asanas, guided meditation and breathwork techniques to adults of all ages. May is the month for mental health awareness but let’s keep this going. This service is offered as a mental health tool for healing. Professionals and parents are highly encouraged to attend this yoga practice. Mats will be provided on a first come, first serve basis. Bring a mat or towel. See attached flyer.
