We are cleaning company that is servicing major Sarasota account with branches in Venice, Port Charlotte and Fort Myers. We are looking for experienced cleaners, preferred to a be couple, people with previous commercial cleaning experience, non-associated with any franchises, for one account in Venice and two accounts in Sarasota. We have all the equipment needed for cleaning in the accounts, no need of bringing anything but the keys for the front door. All accounts are common areas only, lobbies, Elevators, few hallways and bathrooms. 4 days per week, Tuesday to Friday, Saturday or Sunday after 5pm, Sat or Sun will be your choice what time to clean. Vacuuming and dusting, spot mopping and taking care of the toilets, they are fairly clean, not much used. Compensation starts with $500 a month for the Venice account, and $600 a month for the two Sarasota accounts, paid every two weeks, we can ZELLE it directly to your bank account. There will be increase of $100 per accounts, Venice and Sarasota, in 90 days, if no complaints. Approved candidate/candidates can start on July 1st, holydays as 4th of July and Christmas are paid.
