Press release from the Spokane County Government: June 16, 2022 SPOKANE COUNTY, Wash. – Starting Saturday June 18th, both of Spokane County's Northside (801 East Handy Road, Colbert WA 99002) and Southside (3724 East 61st Ave, Spokane WA 99223) Family Aquatic Facilities will open daily at 11 AM to the public. Spokane County's aquatic facilities feature heated activity pools, heated splash pads, concessions, shade umbrellas, towering water slides, a lazy river and more.
