PERRY HALL, MD — This week many Baltimore County voters began receiving ballots in the mail, and now ballot boxes are cropping up near schools and community centers, including in Perry Hall. Election Day for the gubernatorial primary is Tuesday, July 19. In person, early voting is from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. from Thursday, July 7, to Thursday, July 14. Voters can cast their ballots at ballot drop boxes from now through 8 p.m. on July 19.
