Giving Back To Lemont Returns For 10th Year

LEMONT, IL — The 10th annual Giving Back To Lemont concert will be held July 16 in downtown Lemont. The free event collects donations to Lemont's two open food pantries. According to the event Facebook, the concert will be held from 4 to 9 p.m. at 319 Front St., on the grass lot directly west of Next Mex. Concertgoers can bring non-perishable food or monetary donations to be collected. The evening will also feature raffles, prizes and giveaways. Giving Back To Lemont has raised over $25,000 and donated truckloads of food over the past nine years, according to the event Facebook page. You can find out more information on the group's Facebook.
