Looking to adopt/rescue a younger dog

My family and I recently moved back to Healy and are looking to add a second dog to our family. We currently have a five year old rot/lab mix and a 11 year old cat. My toddler son adores dogs but our dog tends to keep his distance, so we are basically looking for a dog that LOVES kids and can handle all the energy and enthusiasm associated with that. I am very in tune with dogs and training and take my dog on daily walks, hikes, bike rides, runs, skiing and camping, etc. We are an active family that includes dogs in all of their adventures. We have 1.5 acres which includes a 1/4 acre fenced in backyard. If you have a rescue or younger dog that needs a loving home and gets along with dogs, cats, and toddlers please feel free to reach me via text/phone call. I will not respond to craigslist emails.
