HELP, neighbors left us 5 gal tank w/5 fish

FREE TO GOOD HOME Neighbors left 5 gallon tank with random supplies on our front steps before leaving for good. • 5 Gallon Tank (terribly dirty filter tho) • 3 Red/Orange Mollies • Back Mollies • An African Dwarf Aquatic Frog • A bit of food • Some water conditioner • Some starter bacteria stuff (for new tank set up, from what I can gather) • A pump thingy to clean the bottom of the tank without having to completely empty it, like to get waste out of the gravel/pebbles? • Magnet scrubber to clean inside the tank • A small fishnet Please text me! 6.1.9 _ 7.2.9 _ 9.0.9.9 Don't know much about fish, so sorry! Please help! All we ask, is that you have experience and know how to care for these (apparently TROPICAL community fish, or something like that, had to use Google Lens, lol) or be willing to find out, do your research and hopefully do your best! THEY DEFINITELY AT LEAST NEED AN IMMEDIATE FILTER CHANGE, and probably cleaning. Don't know exactly how it works to be honest. THANK YOU!
