Night or Daytime Nanny Wanted - Newborn/Infant

Hello - we are expecting a little one in mid-September and are looking for help for the newborn/mommy and some assistance around the house. There are two parents, two older siblings, and a dog (9 yr old german shep) in the house. We are very flexible but are essentially looking for assistance in one of two ways: A night-nanny for the first three months who will begin to transition to daytime at the 3-month mark. Because this would be during the night the responsibilities would be: pick up crying newborn, help with feedings, change diapers, put newborn back to bed, clean and organize the house. And finally, the family would need some help getting the two older children out of the house to their school/daycare. We understand that night schedules can be taxing so we are looking to explore daytime options for the first few months as well. The position would begin in the morning at 8:00am and help the mother with feedings, diapers, naps, household cleaning, laundry, and meal prep.
