Licensed Contractor for Small Stucco and Roofing

Looking for a licensed contractor who works with stucco and roofing. I have a room addition that was not installed correctly and (maybe) leaks into my house through the stucco, therefore, I would like a small amount of stucco removed (being careful not to cut the house wrap) then to do the following: install 6" piece of lumber, roof flashing, "Z" bar flashing, weep edge metal, along with the roofing underlayment and roofing material for a flat roof (also roofing over the balcony and patio) and then to replace the removed stucco. The Z bar flashing is placed over a piece of Vertical Blocking/Backing Material (usually a 6" piece of lumber), that is the same thickness or just slightly less than the thickness of the stucco and a minimum 5 1/2" in height. The Roof Flashing is then placed up behind the Z bar flashing on the outside of the Vertical Blocking/Backing Material (6” piece of lumbar). The stucco is then kept off the surface of the roof. This way, each time in the future when the roofing material is replaced, the Stucco will not need to be cut out and replaced. If the above is something that you can/would do, please contact me.
