Just moved in to a place next to grant park, and looking for a handyperson to help out with a variety of projects: - The hardwood floor under the dishwasher is warped due to water damage. Need help fixing/replacing the flooring and reinstalling the dishwasher. We already fixed the leak from before our time (a broken/clogged garbage disposal). - A clawfoot tub was not installed properly, and had a leg pop off, damaging the penny tile underneath and coming unhooked from the plumbing. We'd like to get the tub stabilized and reattached. Fixing the tile is a plus, but not necessary. - A door isn't hung true, and naturally swings shut - There is a 1/4 inch gap between the moulding and the ceiling, we'd like to move the trim up or install some quarter round such that there isn't a gap anymore. Maybe you have a better idea? If these initial projects go well, we've got some larger projects in the coming months once we get the money from the sale of our old house: - Installing a man door to our garage - Running some new electrical circuits - Renovating a 100 sq ft bathroom Please email or text.
