Crawl Space Framing work

Need someone with some framing and/or foundation experience to go into a crawl space of a 20 year old house in Eagle and work in a confined space removing part of a no load bearing band-board perimeter that's water damaged & piece in a replacement, remove a minor amount of I-beam damage, shore up an I -beam floor joist with sister joist support. See pics. Its not fun working in a crawl space, but were closing on the house and need it done this week. Should take a day or two at the max.
