At a pivot point in your life looking for meaning and mentorship before your next big step US Family of 3, mom, dad, and 2 year old boy (soon to be family of 4 with new baby) Living in Hawaii Mom & Dad are entrepreneurs in the transformation space and yoga meditation Mom is a Women’s leadership mentor dad is an executive/leadership coach We are generous with experiences, mentorship, and bonuses We do travel (less now with covid) We eat mostly vegetarian, go to bed early and live a low key life. Our play come from outdoor adventures and our work with people in transformation There is usually music playing in the house, we go to the beach and we love veggie Pizza & Sushi We are creatives and fully invest in the person who lives with us in the role of our nanny poppins The Position Would start in the second part of JULY 2022. Approximately 30-40 Hours per week (he'll be starting school in August) *** (The first 4 months will be 25 hours a week, Starting in December it will be 40 hrs a week)*** 2 weeks paid vacation We’ll be having a new baby in December and the role will include more of helping the mama at that point Sunday’s always off Engagement and education (words, counting, cognitive development etc) Play! Responsible for preparing lunches Clean clothes for him etc Driving him to park & eventually to preschool Being CREATIVE! Create art and new games Play Music High energy play 16 month commitment required Compensation Room + Board + phone + use of car on your times off $$ weekly pay to be discussed DOE bonuses include $1000 each 6 month period for education, virtual or in person classes etc. Additional benefits to be discussed upon offer.
