LOST DOG: Found at 18th and Kossuth in the southern orchards area south of childrens hospital. This fixed, young, sweet & friendly boy seems like he is definitely missing his family. Will surrender to Franklin County Dog Shelter & Adoption Center when they open tomorrow if not claimed. Please share and reach out if you think you might know his owners!
