Help needed tomorrow morning

Blew out my back today and need some help tomorrow around 6:45 am to move appliances into our house. We have forearm forklifts, an appliance dolly, and a 15 foot uhaul and a car full of stuff we need moved into the house. This is not a whole home move. Just some furniture, appliances, and a few random odds and ends that were in the storage locker. The house does have multiple levels so you must be comfortable with stairs. Must also be ok with carrying heavy appliances into the first floor. (Think 450 pound fridge between two people or an appliance dolly) We will also need a few things moved back into our car. Expect this job to take 45 minutes - 1.5 hours depending on how many people show up.
