A group strength training class to introduce runners to how to use weight training to maximize their running performance and resilience. 60 minute group instructed class with a dynamic warm-up and weight-lifting stations. Dr. AJ Cohen will be assisting with form, tips, and knowledge bombs about the benefits of strength training for runners. --- Minimum of 4 people for class to run
