80 y/o house downtown, has very recent foundation issues in one corner. Cement block foundation, 1970 add on to house. Needs to be fixed. Not a very big deal; house isn't the Taj Mahal, needs functional repairs, not fancy repairs. I'm thinking a combo of a groundhog and drainage issue. You will have to be OK with crawling underneath probably, and digging certainly.
Although I'm older now I was a licensed contractor for decades - so save the BS "this is a $20,000 job but we finance..." offers for someone else.
Also a shed also needs to be leveled a bit.
