I'm a big fan of progressive rock, psychedelic rock, hard rock and atmospheric rock, especially long, intricate songs by bands like Zeppelin, Pink Floyd, Rush, Yes, Steely Dan, Hendrix, Stevie Ray Vaughan, etc. I'm also into classical, jazz, blues and old R&B (but more from a listening perspective). I'm typically not interested in hard core country or hard core rap/hip-hop... old Eagles is cool, though, and some of the edgier Hard Rock-Rap fusion stuff (i.e., Rage Against the Machine). if potentially interested, check out my ad: https://www.bandmix.com/tonyrand/ I'm looking for people who have plenty of free time to hang-out... and who are in control of their free time. I'm into creating original music and doing re-interpretations of songs (i.e., not into covers). Oh, I'm mainly a guitarist. looking to do a home studio/garage band kinda thing, or maybe working towards some gigging, but mainly first creating a signature sound. my dream project would combine the vocal stylings of Robert Plant, the intensity of Rush and the psychedelics of Floyd. what a sound that would be! I can almost taste it...
