Part time contract labor. Must be able to clean the office, vacuum, dust, shampoo the carpet, clean ceiling fans. Person must be able to climb a ladder and change out batteries, lift computers, move chairs. Part time person must be able to place/staple new table cloths on seasonal tables. Person must be able to pull minor weeds, spray bug spray, change out light bulbs, put down mulch, and white pebble rocks as needed. Part time person must be able to wash down porch, building, and fill up fountain, and fill up potted plants with water. Part time person must be able to put up shutters, using a drill. Part time person must be able to use power tools. Part time person must be able to do touch up paint on porch and railings. Part time person must be able to change out the water jugs inside the office. If there is a special event, part time help may be needed to set up extra tables outside. This is only part time work. General cleanup and maintenance as necessary, CONTRACT LABOR.
