Batman has been living on his own as an unaltered homeless cat his whole life. He's approximately 5 and was living a very tough life; cold, hunger and battles with ferals left him wounded and scared. Many times I watched him endure terrible battle wounds but he didn't trust me enough to help him. It broke my heart to see him in distress and it took several years to gain his trust. Ultimately I trapped him and had him neutered (February), de flead and vaccinated. It's been life changing for Batman. This handsome boy has become loving, loyal and even a little needy at times. Now it's time he gets his own human to share his love with and, I believe he's had enough of the outdoor life and would prefer to sleep by your side and gaze out your windows. Batman realizes he's competing with kittens and purebreds but he hopes you can see past his battle scars into his heart. He's ready to rescue you if you're ready to give him some love in return. Batman uses a litter box, eats pate and kibble, loves catnip and loves to cuddle. He also uses his soft voice to let you know he loves you. He is not a fighter and would prefer a quiet home with no young children or aggressive animals. I rescue several cats a year and my cats will not tolerate a newcomer or I would keep Batman in a heartbeat, he's a wonderful boy.
