Hello, I have a home in Ashland that I will be renting out. I'm looking for a property coordinator to help me with it over the next year (or more). Initially, I'm looking for someone who can show the home to prospective tenants. We will be doing a detailed review of the property condition. After the tenant is in place, we will do a monthly review of the condition of the house. This will mean checking in on landscaping and also coming into the home to check on it. If a repair is needed, you may need to meet the repair person at the house and check in on the repair once it's completed. It's pretty common-sense and great for someone who wants a gig that makes $25/hr, approximately 4 hrs per month. If there is an after-hours emergency, pay will be $50/hr. This is for someone who lives in Ashland or Talent and who has reliable transportation and great communication skills.
