Arrived, a vacation rental management company, is seeking an Admin/Accounting Assistant to join our team.
Skills/Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in an accounting related field preferred
• Ability to initiate and maintain clear communication regarding tasks and deadlines
• Willingness to adapt to a fast paced, fluid environment
• Ability to multitask, be self-reliant and work efficiently
• Must be proficient with technology
Primary Responsibilities:
• Daily deposits
• Payment processing
• Vendor setup
• Vendor invoice/payment processing
• Assist with revenue analysis and processing
• Assist with owner statement prep/review
• Monthly and Quarterly tax prep
• Misc admin/accounting tasks as assigned
Schedule/Pay:
• Full -Time
• $20 - $24 / hour (DOE)
• Potential for working remotely after initial training
