Prep cook help needed in Costa Mesa. Required: own transportation, Current food workers permit, closed toed shoes, hair pulled back. We’re looking for new prep cooks in our kitchen. This is for a paid interview of 1+ hours with longer term available for the right candidate. Responsibilities include cutting/chopping, light cooking (boiling noodles, browning meat), dishwashing, and portioning ingredients. This is a working interview. You’ll have real tasks and will be paid for all of your time. Pay is $20hr. Times available between 11am to 6pm from 06/20-06/24.
