6/18 at approximately 11:00 am. Found a male cat on a leash in front of Crumbles Cafe on the corner of Broadway and New Love Ave, near McClelland and Battles in Santa Maria, CA. He is an un-neutered (aka intact) young male with a ginger classic tabby coat pattern. He is super sweet and obviously loved. I want him to go home to his people. Please help me! To ensure his safety, please describe his leash/collar and the most distinctive physical feature about him.
