We the people are so gullible

In my opinion the sooner we the people can stand together shoulder to shoulder and agree that the vast majority of politicians are crooks the better off we will be as a country. I've voted for candidates from both sides of the aisle my entire life and have good friends that have succumbed to the craziness that we see all around us nowadays and at times I'll admit my hopes and dreams for my children seem bleak. Ask yourself honestly do you believe any of the multi millionaire or billionaire politicians has any idea what it's like to be us? They get quite a chuckle hearing about us bickering around the water cooler or getting downright upset with each other as we argue about which side is right and who is responsible for all of the chaos in the world but truly think about it, do they have any idea what it's like to figure out how to make that unexpected car repair and still pay the rent or mortgage? I don't see to many politicians serving us with integrity, they cheat on their significant others, steal from others and sit back with their hands out collecting our hard earned money from us hard working Americans pay checks and then say what they think we want to hear and pretend they get what it's like to be us but they aren't like us and never will be and most will never be held accountable for their actions. I certainly don't have the answers and you probably don't either because the way the world works along with the financial entanglements that are sewn together across the globe, power hungry and money hungry companies etc just makes it nearly impossible for anyone short of a genius to even come close to knowing what's going to right this ship we are on thats slowly sinking into the abyss.
